Please note that 10 Play is only available on Samsung TV's 2017 and newer.
If your TV is newer than 2017:
- Navigate to the "Apps" store
- Search for "10 Play"
- Download and add to the home screen
If you can't find 10 Play, please submit a ticket, include a screenshot of what you see when you search for "10 Play", and include what Samsung TV model you have.
