Please note that 10 is only available on Samsung TV's 2017 and newer.
If your TV is newer than 2017:
- Navigate to the 'Apps' store.
- Search for '10 Play'.
- Download and add to the home screen.
If you can't find 10, please submit a ticket, include a screenshot of what you see when you search for "10", and include what Samsung TV model you have.
