This can happen if your internet provider assigns you an IP from a different state. You may also want to watch news from a state that you don't live in.
How to fix if:
- You are using a browser, such as Chrome, Safari or Edge.
- You are using the 10 mobile app.
How to change my state/region if I'm using a browser:
1. When logged in, click on your name and click onto 'My TV'.
2. Make sure you're in the 'Accounts' tab, select the state you want to change to and click 'Update'.

1. When logged in, click on 'More' in the bottom right corner.
2. Click on 'Change Region' and update to the region you want to change to.
