This can happen if your internet provider assigns you an IP from a different state. You may also want to watch news from a state that you don't live in.
How to fix if:
- You are using a browser, such as Chrome, Safari or Edge
- You are using the 10 play mobile app
How to change my state / region if I'm using a browser:
- 1). When logged in, click on your name and click onto 'My TV'
- 2). Make sure you're in the "Accounts" tab, select the state you want to change to and click "Update":
