If you’re having trouble signing in, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. If you’re receiving the error message ‘The username or password doesn't match our records. Give it another try’, you may be using an incorrect email or password. Try changing your password using our reset instructions here.
2. We suggest you also try using different devices like a browser window on desktop, the 10 app or signing in on a mobile web browser to see if the issues also occur across platforms.
3. If your browser is cached, you may also try clearing your cookies and cache and/or try signing in an incognito/private window.
Note: There is may be an issue on mobile apps where the first letter becomes uppercase. If you have reset your password, or are having difficulty logging in, please click on 'Show password' when typing it in, and change it back to lowercase if applicable.
