I want to change my 10 play password
When you’re signed into 10 play you can access your Account Profile via the username or email address that displays in the top right of the screen. Once in your Account Settings scroll to the bottom of the page where you can update your password.
I've forgotten/lost my password
To reset your 10 play password, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Head over to our 10 play sign in page and click ‘Forgotten your Password?’
Step 2: Enter your email address and click ‘Request Password’. We’ll email you a link to reset your password.
Please note, this link will expire within 8 hours from the time you requested it. If you don’t take action within that time, you will have to follow the reset password prompts again. If you can’t see the email from Network Ten Admin titled ‘Reset your 10 play password’, check your junk or spam folder, as it may have landed in there.
Step 3: Once you click on the link within the email, you will be taken to a pop-up window on the 10 play homepage.
Enter a new password of your choice, making sure it meets 3 of these 4 requirements:
· One lowercase character
· One special character
· One uppercase character
· One number
Step 4: Click 'Update password' where you'll then see the last window confirming your password update.
Step 5: Sign in using your new password!
