We have released our new Samsung app for models that works on 2018 to 2021 models. Our new app will fix some known issues including the ability to watch Live TV and issues with freezing. 


When you first use this app you will be prompted to Activiate your TV, please click here for instructions on how to activate. 


If you have a model older than 2018, or 2022, it is recommended you use Chromecast or Airplay to get the most out of your 10 play experience. 


If you are still experiencing issues please submit a ticket and send through your Samsung TV model as well as a screenshot of the app version you are using. 


We are currently working on a fix for the 2022 models, and expect that to be available soon, pending testing.
