We have released our new Samsung app for models that are 2018 and newer. Our new app will fix some known issues including the ability to watch Live TV and issues with freezing. 

When you first use this app you will be prompted to Activiate your TV, please click here for instructions on how to activate. 

If you have a model older than 2018 it is recommended you use Chromecast or Airplay to get the most out of your 10 play experience. 

If you are still experiencing issues please submit a ticket and send through your Samsung TV model as well as a screenshot of the app version you are using.
