If your Chromecast icon is not appearing in the content playback window, please check the following:


  • Check your Chromecast network to make sure it's the same as your Wi-Fi.
  • Check the 10 app settings and make sure you've allowed 'Local Network' (this can be found in 'Settings' on your iPhone. Scroll down and select 10 play, check "Local Network" is enabled).
  • If the above doesn't work, please try a hard reset of your Chromecast.
