If your Chromecast icon is not appearing in the content playback window, please check the following:

  1. Ensure you have the latest version of iOS or Android on your mobile device.
  2. Ensure you have the latest version of the 10 play app by checking your app settings 
  3. Ensure your device is connected to the same wireless network as your Chromecast. Chromecast needs to be on the same Wi-Fi network in order to connect.
