If your Chromecast icon is not appearing in the content playback window, please check the following:
- Ensure you have the latest version of iOS or Android on your mobile device.
- Ensure you have the latest version of the 10 play app by checking your app settings
- Ensure your device is connected to the same wireless network as your Chromecast. Chromecast needs to be on the same Wi-Fi network in order to connect.
