There may be many reasons why you're having difficulty casting 10 content with Chromecast, please review some troubleshooting tips below:


Check your Wi-Fi

Please make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi signal when casting. You will need to make sure your Chromecast device and the device you're casting from are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.


Reboot your device

If the video is freezing or skipping, disconnect the device you're casting from and your Chromecast device from the Wi-Fi. Reboot your device by unplugging it and leaving it off for a few seconds before plugging it back in again. Once it has completely re-powered, reconnect the device you were casting from and your Chromecast to Wi-Fi and try again. Sometimes the most simple solutions work best!


Update your 10 app

If your app keeps crashing, please make sure you are using the latest 10 version, as this could affect your ability to stream programming. 


Check what apps are running in the background

Apps running in the background can interfere with Chromecasting. Try closing any background apps and see if that helps.
