You need to disable any VPNs in order to watch 10. Here are some steps for popular devices:


WINDOWS:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to 'Network & Internet'
  3. Select VPN from the left-hand side menu
  4. Select the connection you want to disable
  5. Click 'Disconnect'


MAC:

  1. Click on the Apple icon
  2. Go to 'System Preferences and Network'
  3. Select VPN from your networks
  4. Click 'Disconnect'


iPHONE OR iPAD:

VPNs often run through third-arty apps on iPhones or iPads, meaning we need to find the app running the VPN, and switch it off within that app:

  1. Go to 'Settings' on your device
  2. Find the app that runs VPN
  3. Toggle its flag to 'off'


ANDROID:

  1. Go to your phone's 'Settings' app
  2. Go to 'Networ & Internet', then 'Advanced', then 'VPN'
  3. Tap 'Settings' next to the VPN you want to disconnect
  4. Turn off the VPN to disconnect, or tap 'Forget' to forget the network
