
To fix this:
On your TV remote, open Settings.

Navigate to Support → Privacy & Terms → User Agreement.

Ensure “Interest-Based Advertisement Agreement” is selected.
Choose Agree to confirm.

Once this is done, your login should stay active when switching between channels.
