Please note that Fetch TV's of Gen 2 and lower are no longer supported by 10 Play.
If you are using Gen 3 or above:
- Click the menu button on your Fetch remote control
- Scroll across to TV and then scroll down to catch-up and hit enter
- You might need to scroll across to the next page to find 10 play.

- What Fetch TV box and generation you have
- What Firmware version
