Please note that Fetch TV's of Gen 2 and lower are no longer supported by 10. 

If you are using Gen 3 or above:

1. Click the menu button on your Fetch remote control.
2. Scroll across to TV and then scroll down to catch-up and hit enter.
3. You might need to scroll across to the next page to find 10. 

If the 10 play app does not appear on this page, please submit a ticket with the below information:

• A screenshot showing what you can see when you look for 10.
• What Fetch TV box and generation you have.
• What firmware version.
  • How to find the firmware version on Fetch TV: Menu > Manage > Settings > Device Info.
