To deactivate your 10 member account, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Sign into 10 via your web browser, click your name or email displayed in the top right of the screen and select My TV. 


  2. Navigate to Account settings

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to the "Deactivate my account" button
