To deactivate your 10 member account, please follow these instructions: 

  1. Sign into 10 via your web browser, click your name or email displayed in the top right of the screen and select 'My TV'


  2. Navigate to your 'Account' settings.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on the 'Deactivate my account' button.

If you would like to deactivate your 10 account through the app, please refer to the steps below:


  1. Under 'More' in the bottom navigation, click on the down arrow to expand your account menu.

     

  2. Click on 'Delete My Account'.


  3. Click on the 'Delete My Account' button.
