Want your favourite celebrity and their chosen charity to win? You can vote up to 10 times during the voting period - just follow the easy steps below!


Step 1

Head to the voting page 10play.com.au/save to vote for the Celebrity you choose to save from elimination; or 

head to the voting page 10play.com.au/trial to vote for the Celebrity you choose to participate in a Trial; or
 Head to the voting page 
10play.com.au/save to vote for the Celebrity you wish to be crowned King or Queen

 

You'll need to make sure you're signed into your 10 Play membership account at 10play.com.au to access the online voting page/s. Strictly one membership per person applies.

 

Make sure that you complete all steps in the sign-up process – including verifying your account. Once you verify your account, you will be granted access to the voting page/s.


Step 2

To cast your vote, just press the button featuring your favourite celebrity's name. Your vote is deemed acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

How do I know when voting for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! is open? 

Voting opens Sunday March 24, 2024 at 21:15 AEDT and closes Sunday April 21 at 19:45 AEST. Check the individual voting pages noted above for various voting phases.

Vote for your favourite celebrity to Save from Elimination by heading to 10play.com.au/save

Vote for your favourite celebrity to participate in a Trial by heading to 10play.com.au/trial

Vote for the King or Queen to win by heading to 10play.com.au/save


I’m already a 10 Play member, what do I need to do? 

If you’re already a member, that’s great to hear! Just head to the voting page, make sure you’re logged into your membership, accept the Terms and Conditions and enter your vote. 


Why do I need to verify my account?  

Users need to verify their account so we can ensure that they are using a valid email when voting.  

 

I’m having issues with signing up or signing in to 10 Play, how can I get help?

Can I vote on the 10 Play app?  

Voting is only available on web via the URL 10play.com.au/save or 10play.com.au/trial, or for the final king and queen votes via 10play.com.au/save

Why do I need to be logged into 10 Play to vote? 

You need to sign in or sign up to 10 Play in order to have your vote registered and counted.  


How many times can I vote? 

You can vote up to 10 times per person per day during each voting period. A voting day is 00:00 to 23:59 AEST.   


Can I vote if I’m outside of Australia?  

No, the voting page is geo-blocked to Australia. If you receive a message saying you’re out of the region but reside within Australia, please contact the help desk https://helpdesk.tenplay.com.au/support/home 

 

I’m under 18 years old, can I vote?  

Voting is only open to users over the age of 18 at the time of voting, anyone under 18 must have parental/guardian consent. 


Outside of voting for my favourite celebrity how can I support a celebrity’s charity?

When signing up, I’ve been asked to verify my account. How does the account verification process work?  

 

On account sign up, the account is created. Once a user clicks on 'Lets Play', the user is asked to verify their account. 

 

 

 

The new user will receive the following email from noreply@membership.10play.com.au 

 

 

 

On click on 'Verify Account' you are directed to the page below:  

 

 

If a user does not receive the above email, they will need to add noreply@membership.10play.com.au to their safe senders list. Users should also check their spam or junk folders for the verification email. 

I have a message saying I need to be verified, how do I verify my account? 

Make sure you have followed the steps above. If you are still having difficulty verifying your account, please contact the help desk by submitting a ticket, for help with account verification
