Why do I need to be logged into 10 Play to vote?
You need to sign in or sign up to 10 Play in order to have your vote registered and counted.
How many times can I vote?
You can vote up to 10 times per person per day during each voting period. A voting day is 00:00 to 23:59 AEST.
Can I vote if I’m outside of Australia?
No, the voting page is geo-blocked to Australia. If you receive a message saying you’re out of the region but reside within Australia, please contact the help desk https://helpdesk.tenplay.com.au/support/home
I’m under 18 years old, can I vote?
Voting is only open to users over the age of 18 at the time of voting, anyone under 18 must have parental/guardian consent.
Outside of voting for my favourite celebrity how can I support a celebrity’s charity?

When signing up, I’ve been asked to verify my account. How does the account verification process work?
On account sign up, the account is created. Once a user clicks on 'Let’s Play', the user is asked to verify their account.
The new user will receive the following email from email@example.com
On click on 'Verify Account' you are directed to the page below:
If a user does not receive the above email, they will need to add firstname.lastname@example.org to their safe senders list. Users should also check their spam or junk folders for the verification email.
I have a message saying I need to be verified, how do I verify my account?
