Not all shows that we have on 10 play have closed captions available. 

If you are using a web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, and closed captions/subtitles are available, follow the below steps to turn them on. 

1. Hover your mouse over the video player so the controls appear on screen.

2. Move your mouse over the speech bubble that should appear in the bottom, right hand corner of the video.

3. Click the speech bubble - it should now appear white and captions should be turned on.

4. If the speech bubble is greyed out and can't be clicked, as per the image below, it means closed captions are not currently available for that show. Please submit a ticket so we can double check whether they have been left off due to a technical error or aren't available.
