If we have rights to a show, we try to get it online as soon as possible – typically no more than 30 minutes after broadcast, but sometimes technical issues may delay this.  

If you still can’t find your show after that time, please contact 10 play support with the show name, season, episode number and what device you’re trying to watch on, and we’ll investigate for you.  

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, not all shows broadcast on 10, 10 PEACH, 10 SHAKE and 10 BOLD will be available to watch on 10 play (live streaming or on demand). This is due to rights restrictions beyond our control. We are always working to expand our titles and availability times wherever possible.
